Treatment: Sofwave (1 session) + Re2O (4 cc)
The first thing you notice in the before photo is a deep vertical fold running up from the navel. Around it, the skin is covered in fine, crepey wrinkles, like thin paper that has been crumpled and smoothed out again. When patients tell us the skin on their stomach looks crinkly, this is usually exactly what they mean.
Both photos were taken under the same lighting, angle and distance, with no retouching, and are published with the patient’s consent. Results vary.

KEY POINTS OF THIS CASE
The cause was not the amount of fat. It was the firmness and thickness of the skin itself.
We combined Sofwave to tighten the skin with Re2O to improve skin quality, rebuilding both firmness and texture at the same time.
Wrinkles on the stomach are not just about fat
Wrinkles on the abdomen do not always come from excess fat. In this patient, the issue was not how much fat there was, but how firm and thick the skin itself was.
When skin becomes thinner and loses its ability to stretch and recover, even small movements make it bunch up, and the creases stay. That is why treatments aimed at reducing fat often leave this kind of wrinkling untouched.
A skin problem needs to be treated as a skin problem.
Rebuilding firmness and quality together
We approached the skin from two directions.
Sofwave
An ultrasound treatment that delivers heat to the dermis to tighten the skin over time.
Re2O
An injectable skin-booster treatment aimed at the quality of the skin itself.
Tightening alone is not enough, and neither is improving texture alone. This combination is designed to restore the skin’s firmness and its quality at the same time.
What changed after treatment
In the after photo, the vertical fold above the navel is barely noticeable, and the crepey wrinkles around it look smoother.
The fine lines right around the navel are still slightly visible. Not everything disappeared. Even so, the overall impression of the abdomen changed considerably.
The red lines visible in the after photo are pressure marks from clothing elastic.
Wrinkles on the stomach are not always solved by losing fat. This case is one example of change observed by treating the skin itself. Results vary from person to person.

Risks and side effects
Sofwave: heat and discomfort during treatment, temporary redness, swelling and puffiness, and rarely burns. Re2O: pain, redness, swelling or bruising at the injection site. Results vary. The consultation fee is ¥2,200 (tax included), and treatment fees are explained during the consultation. Fees are the same for international and local patients.

- 赤み・内出血（1〜2週間程度で消退）

- アレルギー反応・免疫反応（まれ）
- 血管閉塞・皮膚壊死（極めてまれですが、注入治療に共通する重篤な合併症です）
- 感染症伝播のリスク：本製剤はヒト由来の組織を原料としています。ドナースクリーニングおよびウイルス不活化工程が実施されていますが、理論上のリスクを完全に排除することはできません。
