You can now choose how to receive your itemized treatment statement
From November 2026 | A PDF via LINE, or a printed copy

Until now, we have always printed your itemized treatment statement and handed it to you when you paid.
Starting with payments in November 2026, you can also choose to receive it as a PDF sent to the LINE account you have registered with us. If you prefer paper, we’ll print it for you just as before.

When you pay, please choose one of the two: a PDF via LINE, or a printed copy.
We’re sorry, but we cannot provide both.
Two ways to receive it

You can choose either LINE or paper, not both.
What happens at payment
When you pay, our staff will ask whether you’d like a PDF via LINE or a printed copy.
If you choose LINE, we’ll send the PDF to your registered LINE account. If you choose paper, we’ll print your statement and hand it to you on the spot.
To receive it via LINE, you need to be registered with our official LINE account. If you haven’t added us yet, please let our staff know when you visit. If you don’t use LINE, the printed copy is always available.
Frequently asked questions
Can I receive both a PDF via LINE and a printed copy?
We’re sorry, but we can only provide one or the other. Please choose either a PDF sent via LINE or a printed copy when you pay.
What do I need to receive it via LINE?
We send the PDF to the LINE account registered with our official LINE. If you haven’t added us on LINE yet, just let our staff know when you visit.
I don’t use LINE. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Simply choose the printed copy, and we’ll hand it to you at the reception desk as before.
If I choose paper, will anything change?
No. As before, we’ll print your itemized treatment statement and hand it to you when you pay.
